01
Interior and exterior painting is the main job we do. One room, the whole house, or a commercial building — walls, ceilings, trim, doors, siding, and exterior wood get full prep, then two coats of premium paint applied with care.
1 room: 1–2 days. Full interior: 5–8 days. Exterior: 4–10 days.
02
Decks, fences, wood siding, and outdoor structures take a beating in Connecticut. Sun, rain, snow, and ice break down old stain in a few seasons. We strip what is left, sand the wood smooth, repair what is damaged, and put on fresh stain and sealer.
Standard deck: 2–4 days. Multiple structures: 5–7 days.
03
Power washing pulls off dirt, mildew, algae, and grime that builds up on outside surfaces. We do this as a standalone job or as the first step before exterior paint or stain. Pressure gets dialed in for each material — soft wash for siding, higher pressure for concrete.
Most residential: 1 day. Larger jobs: 2 days. Paint prep needs 24–48h dry time.
04
Stucco needs the right paint to last. Standard exterior paint cracks and peels on textured stucco. We use elastomeric coatings — thicker, flexible paint built specifically for stucco. It bridges hairline cracks, flexes with the surface, and holds up against Connecticut winters.
Residential stucco: 4–7 days including washing, crack repair, and two coats.
05
Basements deal with humidity, moisture, and cooler temperatures. Standard wall paint does not hold up. We use breathable masonry paints on concrete and cinder block, plus moisture-resistant interior paints on drywall. The space ends up brighter and cleaner.
Standard basement: 3–5 days. With floor coatings: 5–7 days.
06
Popcorn ceilings collect dust, hide water stains poorly, and date a house instantly. Removing the texture and going to a smooth ceiling is one of the fastest ways to update an interior. The result feels brighter, modern, and easier to clean.
Single room: 2–3 days. Whole-home: 5–10 days.
07
Painting over rotted or damaged wood is a waste of paint. We handle the carpentry that comes up before or during paint jobs — trim, baseboards, crown molding, door casings, fascia, and rotted exterior wood. Damaged material gets replaced, then everything gets painted clean.
Small repairs: 1 day. Larger carpentry: 2–5 days depending on scope.
